As our own proverb above states, a strong process plays a vital role in guaranteeing a successful project. While following due process may not be the most glamorous aspect of the project, it serves as the core foundation–without which projects weaken and inevitably collapse.
Every project comes with it's own set of unique challenges. The best way to gain a full understanding of these challenges is to ask a lot of questions. Our initial step to understanding your needs is the creative survey. Because beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we may feel the need to dig deeper by having you complete our creative survey. Once we have determined the full scope of project requirements, we will provide you with a Project Brief which will include important project information such as the primary objective, an outline of the site architecture (site map), description of content, creative summary based on our Creative Survey, project timeline and a detailed breakdown of project cost.
We will provide several design mock-ups for you to review. Typically, our clients will either immediately select their favorite design, or will request an additional mock-up that may incorporate different elements from several designs. Once any and all revisions have been made and everyone is excited with the design choice, we will request an official emailed approval.
Upon final design approval, we will develop the HTML prototype of the website and present them for interactive review. In this phase, we work to solve any technical bugs that may arise. All of our web development adheres to the Web Standards coding methods—separating content from structure, and optimizing code for the best user experience in A-grade browsers.
